Customer success manager
This is not a traditional Customer Success role. It’s for someone who can move between customer, technology, data and business - helping customers solve meaningful problems, navigate the shift to AI, turn new capabilities into real outcomes and continuously find better ways to work.
Senior design engineer
The best AI products are the ones with less. The complexity stays behind the scenes; what the hotelier sees is simple, fast and obvious. That is the standard for our front end. You set it and you build it. We are small enough to move fast and large enough that what you ship is in front of thousands of hotels within weeks.
