The new AI native Hospitality Platform is live. Kassandra, our AI assistant, sits at the heart of it and answers any hoteliers’ questions today. The layers that come next are still to be designed, and you will help build interaction patterns that did not exist before:

  • Conversational analytics
  • Agent-driven workflows
  • AI-assisted decisions

The best AI products are the ones with less. The complexity stays behind the scenes; what the hotelier sees is simple, fast and obvious. That is the standard for our front end. You set it and you build it. We are small enough to move fast and large enough that what you ship is in front of thousands of hotels within weeks.

What you will own
  • The experience of the platform. How conversation, dashboards and agents fit together as one product, and how a hotelier moves between them without noticing a seam. Product decides what we build; you own how it feels, and you make it real.
  • Frameworks, not screens. You design and build the shared foundations that every new capability lands in, so the product stays coherent as it grows. AI agents generate most of the components; you decide what good looks like and you keep the bar there.
  • The experience beyond the screen. Onboarding, nudges, in-app communication and in-product support become part of the platform itself, so hoteliers succeed without a human holding their hand. You build the layer that makes that happen.
  • Taste and simplicity. Every pixel that remains has to earn its place. You are the person in the room who says no to the feature that works but does not belong.
  • The toolchain. You choose technology case by case and keep the stack ready to change. You work with AI agents as your default way of building, and you make the whole team better at it.
  • You work directly with the back end engineering team and the Head of Product, and you report to the CTO.

Who thrives here

We hire for mindset first. Frameworks can be learned in weeks now; the way you think cannot.

  • You work with AI every day, as a matter of course. Claude, Gemini, coding agents, whatever is best this month. It is not a productivity hack for you, it is how you build.
  • You have shipped and owned production front ends in Angular and TypeScript, typically 5+ years, and you have the judgement to pick a different tool when it fits better.
  • You have taste. You can tell when an experience is right rather than merely working, and you prefer removing to adding. You can show us work that proves it.
  • You think in products and systems, not tickets. You would rather own a framework than execute a spec, and you are comfortable being the only front end owner in the room.
  • You have built things across a few stacks, roles or industries, and you are at ease with ambiguity and a plan that changes.
  • You communicate clearly in English, in writing and in conversation, with product people as well as engineers.

What you bring technically
  • Angular and TypeScript. Strong production experience, including RxJS, component architecture, routing, forms and state management.
  • Analytics interfaces. Experience building interactive dashboards, charts, large data tables, filters, drill-downs and comparisons, keeping views consistent as hoteliers change properties, dates or metrics.
  • Front-end performance. You diagnose slow rendering, manage large datasets, and apply pagination, virtualisation, caching and lazy loading where they belong.
  • API integration. You handle asynchronous requests, authentication, permissions, errors and loading states reliably.
  • AWS. Practical experience deploying and supporting front-end applications on AWS.
  • Quality and delivery. Automated testing of critical journeys and data interactions, Git, code reviews, CI/CD and production debugging.
  • AI-assisted development. Active use of Claude Code, ChatGPT or Codex, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or comparable tools. You can show how you guide AI, review the code it generates and validate the result before it ships.

Nice to have
  • Experience with conversational or agentic interfaces and generative UI.
  • Experience with onboarding flows, in-product communication or in-app support.
  • Experience with design systems, or a background that mixes design and engineering.
  • Hospitality or travel technology background.

The practical bits

Fully remote, based in Europe. We meet in person a few times a year, including a full team kick off in Q1.

  • Employee or freelance, your choice.
  • Compensation that reflects a senior role and your location, discussed openly in the first conversation.
  • A small, tight team that is on fire: passionate about the product, always chasing the next curve, out to conquer the world and having a lot of fun doing it.
